These Terms & Conditions apply to all goods purchases made through La Logia del Reggaeton. By buying a ticket or a good, you agree to these Terms and to follow all event and venue rules.
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are processed securely through www.lalogiadelreggaeton.com.
Each ticket is valid for one person and may not be copied.
Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of your order.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:
- You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Refund requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the event start time.
- No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the event, unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
To request a refund, email info@lalogiadelreggaeton.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you’ll receive an email with details on new dates or refund options.
3. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify event details (performers, venue, schedule, or capacity) due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the event is fully cancelled.
4. Entry and Conduct
- Admission is subject to venue rules, security checks, and capacity limits.
- Bring valid photo ID and your digital or printed ticket for entry.
- Re-entry may not be permitted once you exit the venue.
- Management may refuse admission or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior without refund.
5. Ticket Resale and Transfers
- Tickets may not be used in promotions without written consent from La Logia del Reggaetón.
- Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in cancellation without refund.
- If resale is allowed via an approved platform, the original buyer remains responsible for the purchase and any disputes.
6. Photography and Recording
By attending, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use by La Logia del Reggaetón and its partners.
Personal, non-commercial recording is typically permitted unless restricted by artists or venue management.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen tickets.
- Personal injury or property loss at the event, except where required by law.
- Travel or accommodation expenses due to event changes or cancellation.
Attendance is at your own risk.
8. Age Restrictions
Events require attendees to be 19+ or older. Valid identification will be checked at entry. Refunds are not available for failure to meet stated age requirements.
9. Force Majeure
La Logia del Reggaetón shall not be held responsible or liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
- Acts of war or terrorism
- Government regulations, public health restrictions, or emergencies
- Power outages or venue damage
In such cases, the organizer may reschedule the event or offer credits/refunds at its discretion. No other compensation shall be owed.
