Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of live events, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets except in the following cases:
- Event cancelled by the organizer: A full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Event postponed: Your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 5 days of the postponement announcement for a refund.

Physical Products
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, email info@lalogiadelreggaeton.com.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/QST) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. No hidden fees.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Square, our secure payment processor. Your card information is never stored on our servers.
Age Restriction
Some events are 18+ or 19+. Age restrictions are clearly noted on each event page. Valid government-issued ID is required at the door. No refund will be issued if entry is denied due to failure to meet age requirements.
Liability
La Logia del Reggaeton is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or property damage occurring at events. Attendees participate at their own risk and are expected to comply with all venue and event rules.
